The Badgers of Fingles Wood
From the Farm into Wales and Grandpa Matthews. All to soon it was time for the girls to resume there journey, both girls shed a few tears, as they kissed their new found family goodbye. They sat in the cart with Uncle Cled and holding their treasures close to their hearts they said a smiling goodbye to Dolben Cottage Farm, knowing that it wouldn't be long till they visited again, they already felt so much a part of it. They passed the sign that spelt out strange words which Uncle Cled told them it said in Welsh, Croeso i Cymru or in English, Welcome to Wales. The girls looked at each other and smiled, they were nearly there, oh my if their faces could tell a story they would say. "Hurray," over and over again.
